I hope they didn't waste paper, ink, and postage to send that to you. That happened to me at Case once, and I tried to go in and pay my $.10 bill with cash. The guy just scoffed at me and said they write off bills under a dollar.

Then I spent the dime on your mom instead.

Thankfully it was electronic, so no postage or paper wasted in this exercise. Still a waste of time though.
